The All Stars Executive Committee Meeting will take place on May 16 at 10:00 AM.
This meeting is open to any WV 4‑H All Star member and participants may attend either in person at Dorsey or virtually via Google Meet.

Following the Executive Committee meeting, the State Selection Committee meeting will continue in person only. Attendance for that portion is limited to Selection Committee representatives.

2026 All Star Nominations are being accepted now through April 15th. All Nominations must be submitted through the online nomination form.

This meeting is a great way to hear updates, share ideas, and stay involved in upcoming service and leadership efforts.

2023 4-H All Star Interstate Conference
Join us as we explore famous and not-so-famous places in Culpeper, Madison, and Orange Counties, stretching from the foothills of Shenandoah National Park eastward to Germanna and Montpelier in Orange County. The German (1714 & 1717) settlements continue as quiet historical influences in the rural community lifestyle of the area less than 100 miles south and west of our Nation’s Capitol. So join us August 3-6, 2023, as we explore more this area offers.

2023 Older Member's Conference All Star Consecration Ceremony
We will celebrate 4-H members and volunteers selected for initiation in this order during 2023 Older Members Conference.
2023 All Star Nominations
2023 All Star Nominations are being accepted now through April 15th. All Nominations must be submitted through the online nomination form.
Alpha II State 4-H Camp - 10:00am
All Star Consecration Ceremonies during the state 4-H camps will be changing for the 2019 season, with the goal of trying to accommodate more All Stars and other visitors who wish to come celebrate our new inductees.
All Stars and any others attending should arrive no earlier than 9:00 AM. Current All Stars participating in the ceremony should proceed to the upper pavilion by the pool. The consecration ceremony itself will take place at Council Circle. The initiation will be held directly after the closing Council Circle. If any changes are necessary because of weather, these will be communicated on location that morning.
